In Beirut, Kash Hamem or Pigeon War is a game played by those who keep and breed pigeons- known as ‘Kashash’ or ‘flyers’.
I travelled to Beirut to photograph the Kashash and their birds at a time when the war in Syria was raging and Lebanon had been flooded with thousands of refugees.
