In 2017 the UK charity Heritage Crafts published The Red List of Endangered Crafts. The list ranks traditional crafts by the likelihood they will survive into the next generation. As part of an ongoing project I’ve been photographing crafts people on the list throughout the UK. With the dominance of LED lights replacing traditional neon, the practice is currently ranked as ‘Endangered’ on The Red List.
