I travelled to Spain to photograph agricultural start-up Mediterranean Agro Technologies (Magtech) in Spain and photograph the greenhouses and people currently producing hydroponic cotton for Burberry.
The cotton is grown using coconut fibre instead of soil and fed nutrients through water. With land and water use for cotton so high, this seems like a really positive and logical step to making the production process more sustainable.
